Caventra started as a small, practical answer to a problem we kept seeing up close.
Sheet 02 — Origin
Where this began.
Caventra grew out of years spent close to independent newsrooms in North Sumatra, watching capable reporters lose weeks to disorganised archives or walk into difficult interviews without a plan. The reporting itself was rarely the problem — the structure around it was.
What started as informal advice between colleagues became a set of sessions built specifically for the pressures of working alone: no editor to catch a missed file, no producer to help pace a long investigation.
Today Caventra works with reporters across the country, still on the same basis it started with — practical, unhurried, and shaped around the work in front of you.
