1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Caventra website and the services it describes, operated by Caventra ("we", "us", "our") in Medan, Indonesia. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the Service & Acceptable Use

This site describes and lets you request coaching and advisory sessions related to journalistic practice. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its normal operation, extract data at scale, or misrepresent your identity when booking a session.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, layout, and graphics, is the property of Caventra unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. Templates and materials provided during a session are for your personal or professional use and may not be resold.

4. User Obligations

When booking a session, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to attend or reschedule with reasonable notice. You remain responsible for how you apply guidance received during a session to your own reporting work.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Sessions are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee any particular reporting or publication outcome, and Caventra is not liable for decisions made based on guidance provided during a session. To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) of Medan.
